Are you involved in any activities or programs that help build community resilience, self-reliance, renewable energy or other ideas of Transition?
Working towards self sufficiency on a quarter acre lot. Produce organic fruits and vegetables and whole grain breads for our small CSA. Hoping to find others in my area interested in the Transitions Movement. I'm currently studying Plant and Soil Science at SEMO State.
What are your areas of interest?
Local food security, Education (Raising Awareness), Local economy/Currency
Where do you see yourself participating in the growth of the Transition Movement?
I have numerous homesteading skills to share.
In what areas do you have skills that you would like to share with others?
gardening, fruit production, food preservation, knitting, backyard poultry raising/processing, frugal living, grafting and plant propigation.
