MARCH 3, 2013
Come visit me in the Plant Healer Magazine booth for the Heritage Day Festivals at Bakersville Pioneer Village / Baker Creek Seeds on the first Sunday of every month, March through October (except May when they hold their annual Spring Planting Festival). Just look for all the artwork and I'll probably have some herbal products available as well!
There is no admission charge for the Heritage Day Festivals, which open at 10 a.m. The first one in 2013 will be on March 3. Attendees at these festivals usually enjoy a full day of music, some garden presentations in our speaker barn, a good variety of goods to purchase from assorted vendors, and food at our Asian restaurant and flour mill bakery.
Now is the time to get your heirloom seeds started anyway ~ so come on out, get your seeds, see some awesome art in the Plant Healer Booth, sample some salve, check out the museums and stores and eat at one of our favorite vegetarian restaurants in the Ozarks
Comment by Melissa Campbell on March 1, 2013 at 7:13am Thank you for the great post! I will not be able to attend :( I just love Baker Creek and all they do.
Comment by Desiree Fleck on March 2, 2013 at 3:33pm I would love to attend this, but my car is being worked on. Anyone want to carpool from the Branson/Hollister area? :)

Comment by Desiree Fleck on March 2, 2013 at 3:58pm We hope to come soon! We've been buying seeds from Baker Creek for years and haven't been able to make it out yet. Our car is actually an RV (kind of a gas guzzler, but doubles as a home!). It's been out of commission since November but we finally got a new engine and had a tow to our mechanic friend and he's workin on it now! Should be up and running again soon!! :) Best wishes to you!
